The moonrise was shining during a night hike I did 13k feet up into the Rockies to Island Lake, which then illuminated the ground nicely, but still allowed the Milky Way and the heavens to continue blazing.

The beautiful San Juan Mountain range taken from 13,000 feet above sea level and on a ridge right above Island Lake. These mountains had me mesmerized, and the altitude and night hike had me nap right here with this view!
